How to Steam Xiao Long Baos
Instructions
1. Boil Water
Fill a pot with about 4 cm of water and bring it to a rolling boil.
2. Prepare
Place a sheet of baking paper on your steaming tray. Arrange the dumplings on the tray, keeping at least 2 cm between each to allow for expansion.
3. Steam the Dumplings
Cover the pot, place the steaming tray over the boiling water, and steam on high heat for 9 minutes.
4. Enjoy
Serve up your dumplings piping hot! For the perfect finishing touch, pair with shredded ginger and black vinegar.
